Annie Bélanger and Angela Pashia have started hosting monthly discussions with neurodivergent (ND) library leaders. Our goal is to create a space to build community and a brave, relational space among neurodivergent library leaders. We recognize that there is a growing range of support for ND employees, but leadership responsibilities and expectations add complexity to navigating these spaces.
For now, this list is for notifications and reminders about the monthly meetings. We’ll update our info if we decide to add more regular newsletter content. Subscribers are invited to comment on posts to share resources relevant to our discussions.
